The Weston Underwood Conservation Area covers about 14 hectares and was designated by Milton Keynes City Council in 2024. Inside the boundary are 41 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 39 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of St Laurence, Grade I. 1 Article 4 direction over the area removes further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
