About the Emberton Conservation Area
The Emberton Conservation Area covers about 10 hectares and was designated by Milton Keynes City Council in 1971. Inside the boundary are 13 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 12 Grade II). The most significant is Church of All Saints, Grade II*. 1 Article 4 direction over the area removes further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
