About the Great Linford Conservation Area
The Great Linford Conservation Area covers about 24 hectares and was designated by Milton Keynes City Council in 2019. Inside the boundary are 22 listed buildings (4 Grade II*, 18 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Andrew, Grade II*. 2 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 5 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
