The Bradwell Conservation Area covers about 6.2 hectares and was designated by Milton Keynes City Council in 1978. Inside the boundary are 19 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 17 Grade II). The most significant is Bradwell House, Grade II*. 2 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
