About the OTLEY Conservation Area
The OTLEY Conservation Area covers about 101 hectares and was designated by Leeds City Council in 2003. Inside the boundary are 141 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 2 Grade II*, 138 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of All Saints, Grade I. 95 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
