The GUISELEY Conservation Area covers about 84 hectares and was designated by Leeds City Council in 2012. Inside the boundary are 25 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 23 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Oswald, Grade I. 126 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
