About the COLTON Conservation Area
The COLTON Conservation Area covers about 24 hectares and was designated by Leeds City Council in 1982. Inside the boundary are 17 listed buildings, all Grade II. 6 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
