About the STIBBINGTON Conservation Area
The STIBBINGTON Conservation Area covers about 10 hectares and was designated by Huntingdonshire District Council in 1978. Inside the boundary are 12 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 2 Grade II*, 8 Grade II). The most significant is Gateway and Boundary Wall to Forecourt of Stibbington Hall, Grade I. 2 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
