The Yaxley Conservation Area covers about 17 hectares and was designated by Huntingdonshire District Council in 1974. Inside the boundary are 16 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 15 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of St Peter, Grade I. 2 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
