About the Billingshurst Conservation Area
The Billingshurst Conservation Area covers about 20 hectares and was designated by Horsham District Council in 2018. Inside the boundary are 34 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 32 Grade II). The most significant is The Parish Church of St Mary, Grade I. 54 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
