The South Warnborough Conservation Area covers about 35 hectares and was designated by Hart District Council in 1999. Inside the boundary are 22 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 21 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Andrew, Grade II*. 1 Article 4 direction over the area removes further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
