The Long Sutton Conservation Area covers about 14 hectares and was designated by Hart District Council in 1999. Inside the boundary are 13 listed buildings (3 Grade II*, 10 Grade II). The most significant is Church of All Saints, Grade II*. 5 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
