The Woodcote Conservation Area covers about 5.4 hectares and was designated by Epsom and Ewell Borough Council in 2010. Inside the boundary are 10 listed buildings, all Grade II. 23 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
