About the West Ella Conservation Area
The West Ella Conservation Area covers about 7.7 hectares and was designated by East Riding of Yorkshire Council in 1974. Inside the boundary are 17 listed buildings, all Grade II. 2 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
