The North Ferriby Conservation Area covers about 22 hectares and was designated by East Riding of Yorkshire Council in 1982. Inside the boundary are 12 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 11 Grade II). The most significant is Ferriby House, Grade II*. 8 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
