The Wadworth Conservation Area covers about 18 hectares and was designated by Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council in 1991. Inside the boundary are 11 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 2 Grade II*, 7 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St. John the Baptist, Grade I. 28 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
