The Icomb Conservation Area covers about 14 hectares and was designated by Cotswold District Council in 1972. Inside the boundary are 21 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 19 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Mary, Grade I. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
