The Bledington Conservation Area covers about 11 hectares and was designated by Cotswold District Council in 1989. Inside the boundary are 28 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 27 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Leonard, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 2, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
