The ZENNOR Conservation Area covers about 2.2 hectares and was designated by Cornwall Council in 1990. Inside the boundary are 22 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 21 Grade II). The most significant is Church of Saint Senara, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
