The VERYAN GREEN Conservation Area covers about 1.7 hectares and was designated by Cornwall Council in 1990. Inside the boundary are 18 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 16 Grade II). The most significant is The Left Round House and Adjoining Wall to West Side, Grade II*.
