The ST CLEMENT Conservation Area covers about 6.5 hectares and was designated by Cornwall Council in 1985. Inside the boundary are 14 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 12 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Clement, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
