The PHILLACK Conservation Area covers about 3.7 hectares and was designated by Cornwall Council in 1986. Inside the boundary are 18 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 17 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Phillack (st Felicitas), Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
