The Dartmouth Park Conservation Area covers about 59 hectares and was designated by London Borough of Camden in 1992. Inside the boundary are 26 listed buildings (3 Grade II*, 23 Grade II). The most significant is 1-12 Holly Village, Grade II*. 2 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
