The Winslow Conservation Area covers about 37 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1969. Inside the boundary are 78 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 2 Grade II*, 75 Grade II). The most significant is Winslow Hall, Grade I. 17 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
