The Little Horwood Conservation Area covers about 20 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1991. Inside the boundary are 15 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 14 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Nicholas, Grade II*. 6 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
