The Turville Conservation Area covers about 4.9 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1970. Inside the boundary are 19 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 17 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Mary, Grade II*. 12 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
