The Fingest Conservation Area covers about 2.8 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1970. Inside the boundary are 10 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 9 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Bartholomew, Grade I. 3 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
