The Princes Risborough Conservation Area covers about 11 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1969. Inside the boundary are 43 listed buildings (3 Grade II*, 40 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Mary, Grade II*. 47 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
