The Oxenhope Upper Town Conservation Area covers about 9.6 hectares and was designated by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council in 1980. Inside the boundary are 13 listed buildings, all Grade II. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
