The Wick Village Conservation Area covers about 16 hectares and was designated by Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in 1985. Inside the boundary are 8 listed buildings, all Grade II. Part of the area lies in flood zone 2, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
