The Church Oakley Conservation Area covers about 64 hectares and was designated by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council in 1976. Inside the boundary are 19 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 18 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St. Leonard, Grade II*.
