The Woodchurch Conservation Area covers about 26 hectares and was designated by Ashford Borough Council in 1996. Inside the boundary are 27 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 2 Grade II*, 24 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of All Saints, Grade I. 4 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
