The Rolvenden Conservation Area covers about 26 hectares and was designated by Ashford Borough Council in 1996. Inside the boundary are 47 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 3 Grade II*, 43 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of St Mary, Grade I. 4 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
