The Areley KIngs Conservation Area covers about 10 hectares and was designated by Wyre Forest District Council in 1993. Inside the boundary are 14 listed buildings (3 Grade II*, 11 Grade II). The most significant is Church House, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
