The Rous Lench Conservation Area covers about 18 hectares and was designated by Wychavon District Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 14 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 12 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Peter, Grade I.
