The TISBURY Conservation Area covers about 34 hectares and was designated by Wiltshire Council in 1974. Inside the boundary are 53 listed buildings (5 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 47 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St John the Baptist, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
