The SOUTH/LOWER SOUTH WRAXALL Conservation Area covers about 49 hectares and was designated by Wiltshire Council in 1981. Inside the boundary are 40 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 37 Grade II). The most significant is Manor Farmhouse, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
