About the OARE Conservation Area
The OARE Conservation Area covers about 29 hectares and was designated by Wiltshire Council in 1974. Inside the boundary are 17 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 16 Grade II). The most significant is Oare House, Grade I. 1 Article 4 direction over the area removes further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
