The EASTON ROYAL Conservation Area covers about 25 hectares and was designated by Wiltshire Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 33 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 32 Grade II). The most significant is Church of the Holy Trinity, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
