The EASTON GREY Conservation Area covers about 19 hectares and was designated by Wiltshire Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 12 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 10 Grade II). The most significant is Monument to Adye Family in the Churchyard, 1 Metre South West of Porch, Parish Church, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
