The EASTERTON Conservation Area covers about 14 hectares and was designated by Wiltshire Council in 1974. Inside the boundary are 18 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 17 Grade II). The most significant is Kestrels, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
