The CASTLE COMBE Conservation Area covers about 180 hectares and was designated by Wiltshire Council in 1973. Inside the boundary are 102 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 3 Grade II*, 98 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Andrew, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
