The BRATTON Conservation Area covers about 62 hectares and was designated by Wiltshire Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 43 listed buildings (4 Grade II*, 39 Grade II). The most significant is Baptist Chapel, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
