The ASHTON KEYNES Conservation Area covers about 94 hectares and was designated by Wiltshire Council in 1974. Inside the boundary are 60 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 59 Grade II). The most significant is Church of the Holy Cross, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
