About the Regent's Park Conservation Area
The Regent's Park Conservation Area covers about 157 hectares and was designated by City of Westminster in 1968. Inside the boundary are 136 listed buildings (29 Grade I, 11 Grade II*, 96 Grade II). The most significant is 1 to 26 Sussex Place London Graduate School of Business Studies, Grade I. 2 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 50 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
