The Finstock Conservation Area covers about 132 hectares and was designated by West Oxfordshire District Council in 1991. Inside the boundary are 25 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 24 Grade II). The most significant is Finstock Manor House, Grade II*. 1 Article 4 direction over the area removes further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
