The Sulgrave Conservation Area covers about 19 hectares and was designated by West Northamptonshire Council in 1969. Inside the boundary are 35 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 33 Grade II). The most significant is The Manor House and Attached Brewhouse, Grade I.
