The Chacombe Conservation Area covers about 24 hectares and was designated by West Northamptonshire Council in 1986. Inside the boundary are 30 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 28 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Peter and St Paul, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
