About the Speen Conservation Area
The Speen Conservation Area covers about 15 hectares and was designated by West Berkshire Council in 1971. Inside the boundary are 25 listed buildings, all Grade II. 20 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
