The Peper Harow Conservation Area covers about 21 hectares and was designated by Waverley Borough Council in 1981. Inside the boundary are 15 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 4 Grade II*, 9 Grade II). The most significant is Granary at Home Farm, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
